AgateDad was in the military? That makes him the Bob Ross of lapidary: the ex-military guy who went on to become a super chill happy dude who just wants to make beautiful things and share them with people.

"Oh my Gosh!" 😁 You are too cute! Never thought I'd spend so much time watching someone cut and polish ROCKS, but I do! I LOVE rocks! 🥰ROCK ON!!!

The fractures in the third from the last one really makes it look geometric. I actually really like it!

I’ve been fascinated by rocks since when I was a little girl, so I love your channel, and I love your optimism and enthusiasm. No, I wouldn’t have cut it, and the grapefruit-sized one is my favorite of this batch. Thanks for the fun.

The rocket one and the one after that one plus that blue fractured one so far are my favorite. Ohhh, the last 2 are real pretty. ❤❤❤❤❤

Those are gorgeous!! The last is my "favorite" ... Although choosing a favorite pretty agate, is like choosing your favorite child 🥰🥰🥰🥰
The second to the last one I REALLY liked too. All the colors in the "host" are amazing and give it a really pretty contrast. Truthfully though they were all wonderful. Thank you for sharing!!

Thanks Taylor! The blue and white and black was my favorite, but that last one….. was on fire! In my head I was saying “no, don’t cut it” but the way you did it, did it justice. Great video!

Daughter of a veteran here. Thank you for your service. Beautiful agates--never seen Turkish ones before.

One of my daughter in laws is Turkish and they visit her family in Turkey every year. So this year my son and grandsons brought me a bag of cool rocks from a Turkish island’s beach. I haven’t tried cutting or tumbling any yet. None of them are ugly on the outside or show signs of any banding. They picked out ones that were more cool looking on the outside. When I get to go with them one day, I’ll know what to look for thanks to you Taylor! 😊

Love that last one. That yellow bed for all those darker bands is a great contrast!

Thank you... Love them all .... but the shape of guitar (5:52 ) is my favorite

The very last one looked like Christmas colors so pretty. Your favorites are my favorites. The one before you cut the last one was also my favorite due to the pink surrounding and that pop of dark from the agate. The pink area have it an effect.

That yellow looked like gold against that blue color. Liked the one at special that with a lot of yellow....Some after that one, was beautiful....Like Agat, but LOVE Jasper.

I think they were all cool! The really fractured one looks like a mosaic! Pretty. Embrace those fractures! 👍😉

That last agate is awesome, when I can't decide if I want to cut one open that looks really good on the outside I will just face the nice sides with banding windows and then polish those faces and make it a display agate polished on 2 or more sides. I have cut quite a few lake superior agates that looked great from the outside and once cut in half were a real disappointment and some that looked like garbage on the outside, once cut open they were amazing. keep on cutting, I think it's the best part of the hobby.😁👍

I've never heard you mention that you were in the military before, though I've only been a subscriber for a few months now so that may be why. But, with Veterans Day coming up, I wanted to say thank you for your service brother! From one veteran to another!

Another awesome video of some absolutely gorgeous agates!
