Yes I agree that Novak should have the right to choose whether he gets vaccinated or not. And he does. But Australia also has a right to decide who it allows to enter the country.

He lost his appeal & is being deported tonight on a flight. One of the usual results of having misinformation on a visa application is a 3 year ban from re-entering the country.

Under the same circumstances neither you nor I would have got through customs, wed have been put on the next available flight & deported out of there.. It shows this guys arrogance & self importance that he believed the rules of an entire country don't apply to him .
