Beautifully said Paula. As a highly sensitive being, I've always looked at it as a weakness until recently. During the recent solar events, I feel I absorbed some intense amounts of photonic rays and my senses became heightened and some of my "junk" DNA was activated. I now know that being a empathic/highly sensitive/intuitive being is a super power. The ability to feel the emotions of others is a interesting feature to say the least. I think we're here to raise the consciousness levels of humanity and to be healers, both physically and spiritually. I love your videos Paula! I’m the “dreamer”, dreams or “visions” I get while asleep are always predictive (I know the difference btw my dreams and my visions). Had a dream about a volcano erupting and the next day… I’ve always wanted to “not know”… thank you for encouraging me to hone my “gift.”

I am a dreamer..i hear voices in my dream most times telling me about real and existing things in my reality that sometimes I don't know about and when I enquire about what was said in my dream it turns out to be true..sometimes I see future events in my dream...rhese events usually comes to play much later in my life..can be really scary

You have helped me along different periods of my life, thank you Paula, really thank you. I have been having very vivid dreams and visions, I don’t know what they all mean but I am stuck in the cycle, I feel so intuitive at times, it feels extraordinary to be in touch with myself and my environment, I feel happiness and love then it switches to the polar opposite, anxiety, depression etc really hard and overwhelming times. I don’t know how to navigate this, I have been told I am a highly sensitive person and I believe it to be true, I just don’t know what this all means, in recent months, since meeting my now ex girlfriend, I have been having the most weird flashbacks of memories, dreams, games, tv etc I don’t know what any of it means and it’s so overwhelming at the moment, any help would go a long way. Thank you Paula! I have a few of these gifts but am still unsure of it because of some of the things I have seen and known were scary and came true. Lately I have been visualizing better outcomes and clearing my mind. It is difficult for me to stay grounded but my baby boy is helping me there. Do you have any specific suggestions as to how to embrace clairsentience and clairvoyance more fully? I mean exercises that help or something like that? Thank you for your time, I just discovered you on " have you learned anything today" and am thankful for the advice you have given. It's reassuring to know that someone has deeper knowledge of the things I have been taught to suppress or told wasn't real in a whole other part of the world. Hope you're having a good day!
