So true!! I was on the self improvement train a little while ago and it somehow made me feel worse than now, when I'm just reading books, studying, working out and exploring my passions and hobbies. I think people get so lost in the mindset and philosophy (or, i guess the self improvement content online, really) of doing something for themselves that they actually forget to do it. Also, you look great!! I aspire to get a physique like yours, even though Im still at the stage of learning how to do a knee pushup, i hope the work will pay out in the end
