But don't open the door... The inside of your oven is the BEST place for something to catch fire in your house. It's insulated, contained and literally designed to handle extreme temperatures.
The limited oxygen will prevent any serious fire from growing too.
Did you notice how the flame got much bigger only after the door was opened?
You had a fuel source, and a heat source... Opening the door completed the fire triangle by allowing fresh oxygen.

The stove is designed to take high heat and contain it. A fire is the same as high heat. There is nothing in the stove that will burn. The fire will consume whatever food it is burning, then die.
I suppose if you were smelting metal in the stove you would have a problem.
But as long as you were only cooking, the fire won't spread from the stove. Unless you open the door and then run away screaming.

5:40 see kids, THIS is why you don't put locks on your bar when lifting alone. If there were no locks preventing the weights to slide off, he could've tilted it to the side and easily got out of that one.
