7:13- for those of you who do not understand what is happening, the truck lost control and couldn't slow down or stop. The government built that area for him to crash into. It is uphill, which slows him down and usually the road is covered in sand or something that he sinks into to also slow and stop the vehicle. Truck might be damaged and driver might get hurt, but it is a lot better than crashing all the way down the mountain running over cars and bicyclists.
