Justice is a little late, but never be absent. No culprit can avoid punishment, is a matter of time

WOW the Thailand have constitutional court that can preside on Thai Prime Minister conduct. That is awesome. Justice prevails in Thailand. Congratulations. In Malaysia the Attorney General that was appointed by PM, can decide not to prosecute our Deputy Prime Minister despite got 47 court cases pending and the court already determine that the 47 cases were prima facie, but the prosecution team pull out the case at the eleventh hours. So, crime can be committed and still can walk freely here :)😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣😒😒

Come on Thailand.. grow up! Gross ethics violation??? Malaysia has plenty yet still unchanged.
Just DNAA all or any Prima Facie cases. Just get your AG to say "I don't feel like pursuing the case anymore, I'm just tired is all..."
Be like Malaysia.

This sends a powerful message that even a PM cannot get scot-free after committing mischief. What an excellent check-and-balance mechanism in place in Thailand.

What a peculiar law whereby a court could remove a sitting PM from his post. I thought in any democracy there the doctrine of power separation where judiciary cannot in any way interfere with executive. Different land different types of law maybe but personaly this is rubbish.
