I'm IBD patient. So far, I'm treating with medication . But still I have constipation sometimes. I want to know whether it is normal to face constipation during medication. Or I need further treatment. Shall I consult dietician for my diet. Please suggest me something.

Thanks for the video. A question: Does (light or a little hard) exercise have any positive effect on Ulcerative Colitis? During a flare or between flares.
Normally, it is said that exercise is good (also) for the gut. But maybe no effect on UC is found.

I find this presentation poor, I wanted to know what is causing this inflammation?
What foods to avoid, what foods are good?
What vitamins can people take that might help?

Most people don’t want to take pills for the rest of their life, doctors need to do better

It is all about big pharmaceuticals making more money, sad
