100% job cuts will be there but no CEO would agree with that.. Rather they say it's a job shift than a job loss... But as far as India is concerned nearly 2.5 lakh people are coming out of colleges every year.. It's a big challenge to provide a job for every engineer who's coming out of colleges... It's a high pressure life for a normal average students

This is what sets Microsoft apart from all other tech companies. the CEO goes down to the market and is extremely hands-on. He doesn't just sit at his throne at HQ and then demands revenue from each region. HE responds rapidly to market trends and sensitive towards the market projections

- less expertise needed for previously high paid jobs
- low wages for previously high paid jobs as there will be more people (because there is less learning curve )

Great insights, as someone working in AI Automation, AI will take clerical lift and shift monotonous part of the work only, just like early industrial machines did, but hight time Govts worked with top leaders to device policy to save jobs where incremental productivity is balanced with social stability
