Can you make a chinese traditional cookie called chinese almond biscuit? A Chinese almond biscuit is a sweet, crumbly cookie with a rich almond flavor. I'm voting for carmelita's they are delicious. As a baker I'm intrigued by using miso in a cookie. I've seen people make chocolate chip cookies with tahini. But haven't really heard that much about using miso. This sounds delicious.

Apparently you can use a food processor to make Caster sugar. Very interesting info I had no idea about until these cookies you made. Awesome. So yummy!
