My mom used to bake this Danish butter cookies during the season with a similar tool like the one you used in the video. They were not too sweet and would melt In your mouth, ughhh 😩. Anyways, you really inspired me with the cheese topping, I had cakes with cheese (queso de bola) before but never a cookie with cheese creamy filling. Happy holidays, I really enjoyed this series! 💕

It's my family's tradition to make almond spritz every year for Christmas! We also use a cookie press and use food coloring in the dough to make green Christmas trees and red "poinsettias" with a flower shaped plate. It just wouldn't be Christmas for me without them 😊
