Quarantine full body 13 minute at home workout. Tryna get that small waist bubble butt typa vibe hehe

Let me tell you, working out at home be hard as hell. I do it so I'm not bored out of my mind 24/7 and also to keep my body healthy. and don't get me wrong, we tryna get that small waist bubble butt type look lol. This most def will have you sweating.

If you want to, do this twice. I usually only do it once but if you feel like you need more go ahead and to it 2 times. Modify anything you need to. Also, do this AT LEAST 3x a week and I promise you’ll see results in a couple weeks.

If you are super out of shape like me (and im also recovering from a minor back injury), what I did is half of each thing she did and then did stretching/active resting in between. It was great!
