The countdown has begun to my FAVORITE James Bond watches as I rank and discuss the 007 watches that I own. When David is not running an advertising and marketing company, his hobby is The Bond Experience which is primarily a video blog where he discusses Bond experiences and the people and brands that help to create those experiences...
The mantra of living like Bond, one moment at a time emanates from a concept of experiencing the joy of collecting small moments in life that add up to amazing journeys and stories....whether it's through style, locations, literature, fitness, and the movies themselves the world of Bond is explored through its people and their stories.
Ultimately though, The Bond Experience channel is a celebration of the James Bond franchise and the many people that form a true community. Our core mission is to create a strong connection in the Bond community amongst all the fans, regardless of interest or demographic.

I bought the Casino Royale Omega Seamaster recently to have that movie connection. The model worn in the movie, not the 007 edition. I've had that idea rattling around in my head since you did the Quantum of Solace watch video. My favorite watch is the Seiko SPB 143 which is much smaller and reminds me of the Connery Rolex. It isn't a Bond watch, but a Bond-ish watch. Watching your video was like taking a trip back in time, quite enjoyable.

Love that the Aqua Terra is as high as it is, really is an incredible piece, and almost a sneaky Bond moment as it lurks in the background across several movies.

The omega A.T is absolutely a great comfortable watch I can see why it's your number two in your watch count down, thanks for showing us your awesome collection.

I love the wristband and colors of the Dr. No Swatch.

Wear the 60th David. If you wore it just once or everyday it won’t matter when you sell it. Dealers always pay way less than it “sells” for. More importantly, watches aren’t an investment. They’re an asset if one’s lucky. It goes up and down. Omegas across the board are dropping like rocks. Now your Submariner 14060 is a way better choice for a safe Queen. Wear and enjoy! 🥂

I’ve got the Seamaster 2531.80, and absolutely love it. Seeing your journey for the Quantum PO 42 really put that on my radar, and I think I’ll be tracking one done before too long.

Thanks for the video David!

17:57 Hey David love your collection love your take on why. For me it would be either the Omega blue or the Rolex. The Omega blue was my first and started my path on collecting and connecting with Bond and the jb lifestyle. I can also remember trying to pause Sean Connery bond movies and other searches to identify the watches.

My favourite has to be the 'For Your Eyes Only' Seiko. I was lucky enough to be able to get a similar style watch by Casio. Absolutely love it!

It's not the fact that you own 22 watches that's incredible. It's that you own 22 BOND watches. That Swatch x Omega didn't even get a look in! How many watches do you own in total?

Loved this video - my favorite part was you telling us how many days a week (or month) you reach for your favorites. It's a little Zaritsky insight!

I love all the Bond watches, even the one on the wrist of the writer. But when I got my first Bond like watch, it was at a time I didn't believe in spending big on a watch, the most expensive watch I owned was a mid range G-Shock, I ended up buying an Omega Seamaster Professional 41mm Quartz in Stainless Steel 2542.80, a little under £1k (which was for me at the time a unjustifiable amount of money to explain to my very frugal family members who either wear watches handed down to them or rock Casio's). I love the watch, you talk about 'those Bond moments' like when you se your refection and adjust the tie or when you flick the wrist to see the time and its such an uplift and not to sound petty, life can suck sometimes and its nice to have those moments that simply make you happy.

Yessss! What a video David, been waiting for this one!

Just picked my Goldeneye quartz watch a few weeks ago - I’m the guy you said you was not (Goldeneye film + N64Game) - it’s a dream pickup and I love it (need to get the TND/DAD automatic version now) 🎉

That's an amazing collection! I love Omega watches. I got the quartz version of the Seamaster when Goldeneye came out and now have the later Co-Axial version. Was great to see your collection (and the Mont Blanc!) good to see you wear nearly all your collection and enjoy them rather than just looking at them on a display collecting dust!

I subscribed to you in 2019 after watching your original watch video. I now own the Casino Royale on the black silicone strap...Spectre...and NTTD. Watching your videos and Views from Mark directly influenced the last two purchases. Omega owes you a kick back!

Brilliant collection mate.

Omega as a brand are grail territory for me. I'm in the British military & coming towards the end of a 3 month deployment abroad. So with some of the money saved, in preparation for my 28th birthday, I'll be buying my first seamaster next month! Can't wait.

@The Bond Experience Another great video! You've really peaked my curiosity as to if and what the connection is between that watch case and James Bond.

It's so awesome that each of us has our own preferences and a different watch suits everyone. For example, David, the Omega from Quantum of Solace fits you like a glove. For me Omega from No time to die is the one that suits me.

David,
Great little video. Your collection is magnificent and honestly ranking the collection makes tons of sense when you first describe the criteria. And it is good to hear you are wearing the watches. I did notice several weren’t running so you need to wear them more! 😂

Just FYI: the Gruen shows up in multiple Sean Connery movies whenever he is in a suit or dinner jacket. The story (perhaps apocryphal) is that it was his own watch vice a watch provided by the prop department. Who knows?

Cheers,
JR
