100 million+ Indians were terminated by the British and Churchill in just 40 years. Germany was punished after WW2, but the British continued to be glorified. Sickening!

That's because we live in a English and Leftist dominated world.
The English will not say anything wrong about their monarchy or leaders. The British had concentration camps in South Africa way before WW2. The British massacred Native Americans, Maori, Australian Aborigines, Africans, Indians, Chinese and etc. But no academic from Oxford or Columbia will talk about that!
And leftists will never speak against Stalin & Mao because they were communists. They were trying to establish the socialist state of the great Marx, who himself lived on the charity of his 'CAPITALIST' friend's wealth.

A side note is, most of these other tyrants killed people mainly from Third World countries, who are considered an Inferior Race by the self-titled intellectual Europeans. While Hitler committed a bigger sin, because he killed people of the Superior Race, the Europeans! To this day, Europeans and North Americans turn a blind towards the tyrants and dictators that their Intelligence units fund and install in Middle East, Africa and South America. Why? because when Third World countries suffer, they get to live in a wealthy economy, and hence no outrage on that!

You know... I'm glad that unlike Churchill, I have a dad who didn't die of STD and a mom who didn't marry someone who was less than a month older than me.
Plus, what Hitler could've done to India had he won freaks me out. Imagine us being stuck in gas chambers. Delhi's pollution would seem like a gateway to heaven.

Indians were forced to fight a war which we have nothing to do with.

2.5 Million Indians fought in the Second World War - this number made us the largest ‘volunteer’ army during the war.

Indians fought in Egypt, Italy, Libya, France, Burma, Tunisia and Malaya among other battle fronts.

87, 000 Indian servicemen lost their lives, 34, 354 were wounded and 67, 340 became prisoners of war.

The Bengal famine(1943) was one of the worst man-made disasters of the 20th century and directly resulted from Churchill's policies. All food reserves of Bengal was shipped to Britain to maintain war reserves. His refusal to provide aid and his diversion of food shipments away from India contributed to the deaths of 3 million people. A genocide more worse than Heroshima-Nagasaki bombing, which world had forgotten

the famine that has absolutely nothing to do with humans because nobody has that power to control mother nature, and the famines that occured regularly in the region long before the British arrived.

It’s like saying “every single person who dies in X country from any cause is the purposeful fault of the government”. My mother dying suddenly at 55 is the fault of our government because they were the ruling power when it happened. That is the logic.

And no serious historian lays the blame for Bengal on anyone. It was a famine caused by factors such as cyclones, a particularly bad growing season which led to earlier harvests being depleated sooner than usual, a severe outbreak of brown spot disease on crops, the Japanese invading Myanmar/Burma being literally on the doorstep of Bengal and the danger of sinking supply ships (at the time the number 1 exporter of rice in the world) and Bengal being a grain deficit province anyway, with local administrators in other provinces hording supply and/or selling it at huge markups.

Nobody bothers to read the private telegrams of Churchill begging FDR/the US and Australia for aid though to help matters, because it goes against the preconceived ideas.

There were so many factors that caused the bengal famine. By the time word got to the British they tried to do something about it. The Russian and Chinese famine were not intentional either. Hitler on the other hand wanted to cause famine killing many millions and he also brutally murdered millions.

I've been listening to a series on the Holocaust. There is no comparison.

Hitler's crimes were Hitler's crimes and Churchill's were Churchill's. Trying to claim one was better or worse than the other is drastic oversimplification and ultimately meaningless.

Mao Tse Tung realised that Bharat had culturally subjugated China without sending a single soldier. In China Buddhism was the major religion. In order to homogenise Chinese to venerate the CPC he executed the Cultural Revolution to purge the population. Nearly 65 million people died directly or due to the famine that ensued.

Churchill is not only liable for the bengal famine, madwadis made this happen too... British and madwadis who were and still are operating their business in kolkata burra bazar made this happen together.. madwadis could have stopped this... This sounds bitter but this is truth!!!

And still most Indians worship western people and embrace western culture while simultaneously denouncing all Indian aspects thinking what west has taught is the only right and what existed in India has been always bad.

I am from Bengal... And completely agree with him... I think all of us from Bengal kinda know this about Churchill earlier than we know from history book... Because the torture was so brutal that every generation remember it for lifetime even if they hear about it once

As a History Enthusiast, I love Churchill. This is why :

When Trench Warfare was killing Milions of Europeans in WW 1, He was the first man who gave the go ahead for Development of a New Invention - The "First Battle Tanks" built to break the Trench Warfare stalemate, Inspired from Leonardo Da Vinci, 500 year ago.

Can you imagine how cool is that ? Trying to put together an Theoratical Invention created by a Genius Inventor 500 years ago, By making it work in Modern day ? Even more impressive was Chuchill's go ahead to use these in War, That take an entire different level of Decision Making.

So in this sense, Churchill was always ready for Innovation and trying out new Ideas. And for that reason, He has my respect.

If he hadn’t sent those resources to the British army, then Britain may not have defeated Germany and we would be living in a far worse world today so look at the bigger picture!
