I'm really happy to see someone on booktube talking about Jodi Picoult! My favorite by her is House Rules; I highly recommend it. I recently read and loved Ready Player One. I also just picked up The Art of Racing in the Rain so hopefully will be reading that soon. Also really looking forward to getting to Attachments. :)

I adore adult books! Been reading since I was a pre-teen I would say? I only started reading YA 2-3 years ago. When reading adult books, I love reading about serious topic/issues or "underdog" stories. My favorites are: The Help, The Kite Runner, The Book of Negroes, My Sister's Keeper. My favorite series are: A Song of Ice and Fire, Millennium, Shopaholic. Auto-buy authors: Gillian Flynn, Dan Brown, Khaled Hosseini, Sophie Kinsella.

I love Jodi Picoult's and Sophie Kinsella's books! I also like Nicholas Sparks books and I loved The Art of Racing in the Rain. Several other books you mention are on my TBR. Great video :D!

You should read the Choice by Nicholas Sparks! I really liked it!!!! :D

I also recommend Before I Go To Sleep by S.J. Watson, its SO good, but its darker, but so so good!!

I loved safe haven. One summer by David baldacci was really good too, I haven't read any of his others but enjoyed that one. Another great author is liane moriarty (husbands secret and the hypnotists love story) and she has another one coming out soon.

Yes Jodi Picoult!!! I love Jodi Picoult too! I made a whole video of my six favourite Jodi Picoult books! I started reading her in high school as well and now own almost all her books. Also love Sophie Kinsella!! I've Got Your Number and Twenties Girl are my favourite books of her!! Highly recommend Twenties Girl!! We definitely have similar book tastes as I love Nicholas Sparks too! Rainbow Rowell's adult books are also amazing. I know this is an old video, but I loved these recommendations!!

I really liked the Silver Linings Playbook too! I too read it mostly because I heard about the movie coming out, and I also enjoyed the movie. And I love Rainbow Rowell too. I just ordered Landline- cannot wait!

I'd recommend Heart of the Matter by Emily Giffin, Triangles by Ellen Hopkins, and The Weird Sisters by Eleanor Brown,  all those are told in 3 different perspectives and eventually the stories intertwine. I really enjoyed them. Also, anything from Jen Mckinlay, she does "mystery" novels but they're not scary whatsoever ;) they are very easy fast reads :)  Happy reading!

Definatley read The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons. It's a time period book so when ur in the mood for something like that you should give it a try. Also if you want a cute, contemporary new adult book you should try readin Cora Carmack, specifically Faking It. Also have you read any Emily Giffin books? Thoughts?

Heather, do you think someone 37 whose growing-up years were in the 80s would enjoy Ready Player One? I'm thinking of this as a gift for my older brother.
Also, The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern is a great adult book!
