how do i install this version? i can’t find the video

I cannot get a verification code sent to any numerous email accounts I have tried. Without a verification code, I cannot log into the app. Without the app I cannot use the lock as a smart device nor as simply a lock with physical metal keys. I cannot get passed the Bluetooth administrator linking or changing the default code to unlock the door. I have tried everything to try to get the verification code and I have yet to get it sent to my email or phone. The verification code… How do I get this accomplished? I spent three hours on us and I appreciate any assistance that you can give. Thank you so much!
