I have the same lock installed in my door. Still couldn't figure out the purpose of the black button in the indoor part. It just gives a faint sound when I press that button and does nothing

So nothing about batteries and how you can’t use rechargeable batteries? I did and mine is stuck and won’t work

Geek Smart is garbage. I purchased 3 locks. After 2 weeks of NOTHING BUT HEADACHES, all 3 locks went back.

This product is trash, not weather or water proof and the have horrible support.. Don't buy!

Lock started talking chinese and no one knows how to reset back to English not even factory reset
