Hello and thankyou for your videos. My finger sensor has gone inside halfway into lock, yet it is still sensing the finger. Please could you instruct me how to pull it back out, Thankyou

i am stuck at the very start - adding new administrator - i activate lock face, it lights up and i click next in app(bluetooth is activated) - and thats it, app doesnt find anything and in few seconds lock face dims down. any clue how to proceed? weirdly enough if i just look into BT devices - i can see the lock but if i try to connect directly it says i need to use the app
