I've just recently discovered your channel. Thank you for all of your content. It's been incredibly helpful. I am working for a firm that mainly does Estate Planning and probates. Some criminal and some personal injury. This is my first job outside the home in about 20 years. We are a small firm and I do a little bit of everything. We most recently hired a paralegal and she has been incredibly helpful to me as well. My main specialty is appointment coordination, client interaction, caller interactions and office management when it comes to organization and cleanliness. I am the initial net/ or filter if you will. I prepare and organize documents for meetings and appointments including printing and doing a final proof read of documents. My challenge is constantly being pulled is 4 different directions. Is there anyone in the comments or would you be able to guide me towards videos or resources that help staff me? I'm a year and a half into what I am doing, I'm good at it. I love our clients. I still feel like I can gather more information upon the initial call to see if this is a client we can help or if we need to refer them or if we can help them, even more information that may help the paralegal and attorney upon the initial meeting/appointment. I'm always looking for ways to help the paralegals and the attorneys use their time effectively.
