Excel - How to split one list into multiple lists

This video is showing how to split one long list into multiple lists across different columns.
There is used INDIRECT formula combined with ROW and COLUMN formulas to make these lists variable based on requirements (number of lists and number of items in the list).

Have a named list 'All' in a column of types. eg carrot, egg, potato, cabbage, pumpkin, onion. How to shift, with script, the types egg, cabbage to another named list. Is this possible with using above formulae? Thanks
