URGENT SUGGESTION for Samuil: The community could offer to build him a small adjacent shed, with a snowmobile inside and a small wood heater in the corner. On days when he has to go to village to pick up supplies, he only has to start up the wood heater, and an hour later he can start up and ride the snowmobile (with small sled trailer) to the village and back in much shorter time, and supplies to last for at least a month or more.
