For some reason, the page Iw as using before didn't work. (It was the promo site of the product.) But the regular website worked. Well, thanks a lot. Leaving a like

This should have been easy. I've never had an issue downloading software...except with this "free" product. I followed everything you said to do, but continually get either an Error 1 or a "One or more files failed to download, WinPE components can be downloaded automatically in the main application". When I search the internet, several other people had the same issues and finally had to get tech support involved. I've uncheck my virus software to ensure it isn't interfering. I've restarted the computer. I've deleted the previous download files from my downloads folder. But I still get an error and sometimes it says that the file is running. I've check everything...including my list of apps. It doesn't show anywhere. Any suggestions on how I can get the FREE software to download??
