Digispark ATTINY85 - cheapest LED Matrix controller

This is the example how to make cheap LED Matrix display/scroller including MCU module.

Very nice! Is that ATTINY85 clocked at 8MHz? And any way to get the code for the demo? I have some similar units I would like to use but the library made it over the 85s 8K limit.
