I don’t have the white background layer so how do I get rid of the background now?

If you save the png image with a white background, and then have it printed, will it print the white background or just print the background as transparent? I created white text and I could not see it with the white background so I changed the background to transparent and it seemed to work. Any tips on having white text on the gang sheet would be appreciated. Thank you.

When I move the images over to the gangsheet they are not black and they are enlarged. In other words I shrink them down to the size I want but when I move them over they get larger over twice the size. I followed your steps to a T, but I know it has to be something simple.
