Thanks Tom,
It's very well explained.
Just some recommendations :
1. It would be great to have a video showing the most useful reports to make use of during a project.
There is none (for MSP 2019) as good as yours on YT.
2. As stated before on another video, it would be awsome to have a video using both usage of Budget and Cost to see the added value of having them both on our projects.

Thanks again Tom.

Hi Tom, thanks, great video. One question: how can I be able to depict a cashflow report showing amounts regarding construction cost (as you do show at this tutorial) and amounts regarding income due to real estate sales (units that have been sold over the course of the construction process) AND the diference between both of them at a separate row as well, then I truly know when I´m in green numbers or RED numbers, that would be great. I do that with other softwares but I´d rather MS project to perform it as well. thanks, cheers

Hi Tom, thanks for the video. I'm trying to map cumulative forecasted costs against cumulative actual costs. Do you know how I could achieve that in the cashflow report?

Many thanks Tom for these valuable lessons. I have one question. I am working as a contractor, and I want to include the received payment from the client on cash flow (as cash-in), which will give me real cash flow. I believe MS project just provide Cash-out only.

Hi Sir,
Is Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule BCWS is applicable only for material type resources?
Thank you.
I've been watching your videos every night after work. And I learned a lot.

What would be the best way to cost load a schedule for a construction manager. Our only direct labor costs are for a PM & Superintendent. All of our subs are lump sum broken down by cost code.

Dear Tom, i got an issue with costs in MS Project. I have planned fixed costs for each task. What i need is proper cash flow that shows income and outcome in the report. What is the way to do it? What i need to emphasize that all incomes and outcomes are not regular and can not be divided evenly by the duration of the task. As sample i have to purchase 1 item paying 30%advance payment and than 50% at delivery and the rest 20% -30 days after delivery. Second item these numbers are different, same is with incomes these are not regular. I can predict amounts for both but how to insert these into MS Project?
