Was so fortunate to work a big music event in Chicago in the early 2000s and it was my job to take Lady T to the dressing room and then to the stage. She was only supposed to do a 20 minute set but refused to leave the stage and played for over an hour. She had a white suit on and a massive backing band. She was a powerhouse with so much talent. But mostly I remember her being really kind in the dressing room and asking me about my life, cracking jokes, and just being super humble. A true Legend.
