I have this phobia and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to sleep, I keep seeing things at night, when the wind opens my doors is see people looking at me talk figures and eyes, it started when I was 5 and I hated this teacher, she made me cry everyday and my sister talked about how much she hated her, I wanted too as well but I thought she was looking at me through my window

This is a common/rare phobia for example when u go home at night you always feel someone's watching you from afar and chasing you when ur alone walking it shows anxiety stress and fear with being watched while being alone this can happen to some kids and adults too
