Just yesterday made a lamb leg combining 2 Gordon Ramsay’s recipes - the preperation mostly from the video of 2012 (spices, stuffing with thyme and cinnamon sticks) and cooking method of this recipe and it turned out wonderful! I used different kind of veggies (carrots, string beans, baby potatoes) but I followed all the advices and the methotology - it works!
