People need to invest in wash rags i swear lol, its no wonder the soap is drying out their skin so much. plus if you have a problem with oily skin then check your dermatologist to get the recommended soaps for it. Not saying y'all should be bathing three times daily but once a day when you're at home all day because regardless of anything the body is always producing sweat so a shower before bed is not a bad thing and twice if you go out. I think that's fair

I thought it wasn’t good to use soap on your private parts because it ruins the PH level! I shower everyday but if I’m doing nothing at home all day I sometimes skip one but then the next day I shower!

I wonder how many days they wear their clothes before washing them. How often to they wash their sheets? All of those natural body oils are going to get on clothes and sheets.

Who the hell never washes any parts aside from private areas ever? Sounds like a human petrie dish to me. I don't care how good looking a person is....I would never date a guy who didn't shower once a day. God dang 🤢🤮

Depends on what you do if you workout and have a busy schedule that requires you to leave home a shower everyday should be the norm and if you are just at home not really doing anything super physical then once every other day is fine.
everyone's body is different its their choice.

For all the people criticising, educate yourself a little, bathing with any type of soap all the time is so bad for your skin and your immune system

Honestly, I get it. Sometimes I have to choose between showering, sleeping, or eating when I come home from work. Or if I have a depressive episode I chose between showering or eating. I think society likes to create these rules that aren’t actually sustainable for real people and shame you for not following. Like shaving for example. I can shower twice a week and still smell fine and be healthy. I don’t shave at all because I don’t have the time or energy. That doesn’t make me a dirty, grimy, unclean person. That makes me someone who knows their lifestyle and creates healthy patterns that accommodate that lifestyle.
