SPOT ON GUYS!!! I'm one of many tiny house builders in CO that had to stop selling tiny houses that'll live in CO once state passed the new "tiny house regulation" that was paraded under the guise of an "affordable housing sad but true, land use/zoning and large part of "building codes" IMHO are unconstitutional.

Ken thank you for all of the information you put out for free! Best channel for real information. I rehab, add Sq ft and rent SFR in southern LA county. ADUs are great as you can build 1100sq ft for around 350k w a contractor that will rent for 3k per month. I owner builder my own projects bypassing the general contractor. I am building one now plan to spend 245k it will rent for 3100+ per month. Can't get that return around here unless we build.

I still see youtube AD asking to buy individual houses - this should limited. This greedy coporate manipulated housing market too much. Regulation to limit amount of single family home own by coporate plus the government funded massive affordable houses supply will solve the problem.

Builders here in California are building a lot of small would be affordable housing, but they are not coming on the market. They are built to rent. Some are built with granny flats in the back yard. Technically a duplex.
