I love the fact that he's telling the story as if he wasn't the first to discover the multiverse, and suddenly he switched to first person taking all the credit of ending the war. He was the first and the last of the cycle, and probably will happen again.

If you’re a marvel fan just by watching movies and shows, Kang may seem like a weird but can be a cool villain to you. But if you’re a marvel fan who watched the movies and shows and read the comics, you know the Avengers are screwed

The delivery of "Me." Is probably the greatest acting seen. He takes about 10 seconds to answer and Majors really makes it feel like hes genuinely Kang reflecting on the question before answering. Hes had this conversation conceivably infinite times, and knows what hes supposed to say, but still has a choice in the delivery of the line. As if its inevitable he must say "Me" and hes said it a million times, but for Loki and Sylvie, this is the first time theyve heard it. And he almost feels ashamed still, even after all these repetitions.


And the delivery of "I weaponized Alioth. And i ended, I ENDED the multiversal war" is the next best piece of acting ive ever seen.

this version of him looks like a good guy right? the way he tells the story of how he ended the war. or in other words. he won the war. by weaponizing alioth. you know what's that mean right? he obliterated countless other universes until there's only one. thanos murdered half the people in the universe? that's nothing compared to him.

you see.. this character, as interesting as he or.. they are. i think there's a flaw. lets break it down. he's a scientist, definitely smart. from 31st century, probably the smartest in MCU. he can travel through multiverse, he can travel through time, and know the secret of time, so he's basically immortal, unless killed. not to mention he got a powerful suit.
but.. why do he(they) want to conquer other multiverses? start the war? land to conquer he said, and for what? material gain? clearly not, be a ruler? he can be a ruler in his own universe, like rama-tut. why do he(they) need to conquer other universes? nothing. probably just an ego. because you know what? at the end of it all, when the war ended, and one Kang wins. there will be only one universe, and that one will guard it. seems familiar right? yes. this guy, this is his end goal. and eventually, he will get bored, resigned from his position, multiverses start branching out again. more kangs show up, war again, one kang wins, become this guy, all over again.
