I love how major's portrayal of this Kang is so different from the conqueror we got in a Ant-Man and the wasp just shows his range as a actor and shows that he is definitely the right man for the job

In this moment Loki was offered ultimate power and essentially the place of ruler of all of existence. Something he thought he always wanted. Yet he turns it down

The most truest words by Kang GROW UP SYLVIA. MURDER, HYPOCRITE, and were all VILLIANS HERE she SHOULDN'T BE speaking so bold.

Kang doesn’t see branches as full of living people…. They are echoes. Like ripples of the real person in the “sacred time line”. Pruning is calming the water that could swamp the boat. Such a fantastic episode. You can see him as a weary CEO wanting to retire when he talks about the TVA being practical.

This is some of the best acting I’ve ever seen and this scene is so bonechilling despite Majors nonchalant attitude and little action. Love how he calls Sylvie out for playing with other people’s lives just as he has, and her face is full of guilt but she won’t admit she is wrong, whereas Loki is starting to be persuaded. One thing that bothers me about this scene though is that even if Kang is lying, as Sylvie believed, there are still definitely Kang variants out there and if any of them have the abilities that he has, but more sinister intentions, perhaps you should not act out of impulse. Seeing the gears turning in Loki’s head but Sylvie being scorned by the truth that Kang is speaking…..brilliantly played by all three actors.

When he says "You 2 (Loki's) run the TVA" he actually was foreshadowing these 2 starting the TVA in the first place.

I am starting to believe that when the Kangs gather and state that the conqueror is dead, they are not referring to the one we saw in Quantumania, they are talking about this one. He is the one who defeated them, that he is alive is enough reason for them to not interfere with his work. Now that he is dead they are starting to get ready for their invasion.

Watched all of this several times and crazy enough, he just told us how this entire story arc has to end. Now we just need to hold on and watch it play out.

“We’re all villains here” no lies were told there the crazier thing is kang knew everything and he knew that he was going to die, he even mocks Sylvie with the stutter he says “se-se-see you soon” mocking the stutter of his original self victor timely

Now that I’m watching Loki season 2 what “He who remains” was saying makes a lot more sense then back then.
