Property Predictions for 2022 - January Market Update

During 2021 the property market went from white hot, to red hot and then finished the year with an orange glow.

In 2022, I see the market continuing to grow but at a much slower rate.
Peak price growth is now behind us. High quality premium property (A-grade stock) will continue to be in strong demand and prices will remain resilient. Anything with beach or harbour view and a wow factor - particularly in the prestige sector where there is always an ongoing lack of supply.
