Today I'm reacting to my 2022 property predictions video I released this time last year. the property market has massively changed in the last 12 months... some for the good and some for the bad. Property investment will never not be my focus of investment but the Property market has such an impact on my actions it's crazy!!

I love how the property market can change every single month and what I predict a year ago is soooooooo different to the market right now! Tell me what I did right and tell me what I did wrong!!!

My colleague and I have had a stormer, , both given up our day jobs, , and full time in property.
Not reached #uck off money yet. But will have 18 plus units complete/converted/built by the end of 2023 when current projects complete.

Never, never, never, ever sell. Just don't think about selling. Unless it's a duffer. Instead, when prices are more 'affordable', buy, buy, buy. Repeat and rinse.

Good predictions Jamie, always good to reflect on your past ideas to help shape your future ones.
Please can you make a video about buying a BTL jointly with a family member or friend? (i.e. both contributing to the deposit). How to go about it, pros and cons, is it a good idea etc?

Been following for a long time and one question I have is how do I put together 'agreements' or the 'terms and conditions' for a property package deal. I find it easy to find potential properties, talk to agents, negotiate with sellers and know how to get compliant due to my sales and business background. But do I need advice from a solicitor or can I put this together myself?
Ps I'm 22 and you are a big inspiration to what I am going to achieve in the coming years. Hope you see this and are able to reply. Your a legend man

for 2022 "I dont think that interest rate increases will be dramatic as an increase from 0.25% to 1.8%" . Lol it takes balls and integrity admit to where you're wrong, respect to you mate.
...while the base interest rate change was so dramatic that it increased by 35x since Dec '21.
From 0.1% to 3.5% in dec '22.
lol just shows how much weight the quote holds: "past performance is not indicitive of future results" or something along them lines

There's some growth in properties in 2022, but that will really end next year with more and more mass layoffs, lower values in stock ever since 1st Jan 2021 and a never-ending increase in the cost of living. The signs are there. I mean some of your predictions on that video would be wrong since nobody anticipated that Ukraine would be invaded and the gas line would be cut off as a result. I would be very surprised if you're spot on with everything in that video (and be really terrified of you tbh...).
