Welcome back to Great SpaceX!
Today's video is going to be a little different than usual; I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support, especially after yesterday's episode. Thanks to all of you, the number of subscribers to our channel has grown rapidly, and we are getting closer to reaching 100k!
As SpaceX gears up for the next Starship launch, I encourage those who haven't already subscribed to our channel to do so now. We'll be bringing you all the latest news and updates on SpaceX, as well as other interesting news in the field.
So, let's keep up that momentum as we embark on the next exciting chapter of space exploration.
Now, let’s dive right in on today’s episode!

Starship has moved into final preparations for launch targeting next week, so it's not surprising that the whole world is watching SpaceX's every move at Starbase.
A week after being reunited with Booster 7, Ship 24 has recently been de-stacked again. It is standing next to Super Heavy B7, with crew lifts nearby.
Is there any problem?
Luckily, it turns out that Ship 24 had been destacked in order for workers to ride up on a 90 meter max height crew lift and arm its Flight Termination System (FTS) in preparation for the launch.
This de-mate should only be for a matter of hours prior to returning to the stacked configuration.

To be resolved, thank you.

It's not about the environment; it's all about control. The FAA is standing in the way of progress.

It would be interesting if some industrious person were to research all of the other rocket launch sites around the world to see how many of them are held to the same standards as SpaceX in Boca Chica. Very interesting...indeed.

Lite those 33 Raptors gradually not all at once, best wishes to Space X Starship launch, don't let the FAA get in the way this time.🚀🚀👍

No doubt about the agency in question. They just don't want to see NASA embarrassed. Too late, NASA usually does that themselves.

This means starship is ready to launch next week but the FAA might not grant the license till next year ( literally)

Launch Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer today was scrubbed until 10 minutes before launch, on time pooling Go/No Go, due weather conditions. Next launch planned tomorrow April 14 at 8:15 am EDT, 5:15 am PDT.

How many Boeing people are on the FFA board?

The "facehugger" at 1:35 reminds me on the "curiosity killed the cat" meme by NASA.

Precision Tests
Since the landings of the Starships will be in the sea; they should designate landing spots with buoys or rafts surrounding them to see how accurate they are. And surround them with cameras either in drones, planes or helicopters at prudent distances. There the spectacle of the cameras would be completed.

they should just dig a hole and land inside that. would be easier than the ocean, even a pool of fresh water to drop the rocket in would be better than salt water if they have any idea of saving any part of the rocket.

they dont seem to have a problem with accuracy just the right amount of force to ease down at a predictable manner.

SpaceX. By the way, I have difficulty communicating because I had a stroke in Broca’s area, the part of the brain that controls speech. 2/8/2021 but I lived again. (My wife helped me compose this.)

Odd to see there isn't human access to the Flight Termination System build into the Mechzilla tower.

Do you think the FAA may even refuse a licence, If it deems the danger of a RUD and possible shock wave to South Padre Island to high, given the current power enhancements to Starship?

I can see it now ... T-10, 9, 8, 7, scrubbed due to lack of regulatory approval. If there's an issue, for he!!s sakes lets fix it and move forward.

Hmmm, once Starship has finished development I wonder if ESA will want it to launch from French whatever that name is?
