Thank you! I needed to hear I’m not alone in this 16 year battle of 24/7 365 pain. The neuro I’d trusted for over 30 years of having 1 hormonal migraine a month accused me of making this up when I didn’t improve over 4 years of trying everything suggested by Jefferson Headache. She said “You’ve tried everything that has worked for EVERYONE else so you’re making this up”. When I asked how I was supposed to be a mom while in so much pain, she replied “Go to an ER”. That was just the beginning of the verbal attacks I’ve endured from medical professionals.

The trigger of my intractable migraine is very clear; I suffered multiple concussions during combat.

Although the migraine did not begin until I was in my 50s.
Once it started the migraine never relents, it's 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

No medicine has had much affect, although SUMATRIPTAN, especially when delivered via IM injection, can reduce the intensity.
I also take SUMATRIPTAN PO as well.

My current dilemma is coping with aevere depression. This migraine has been going on for over a decade.
My life has changed significantly, in that I live in a MIGRAINE ROOM that my very supportive wife set up for me. I rarely go out of here and nothing helps.

If anyone has suggestions for me, I would be extremely appreciative

Wado as we say in Cherokee meaning thank you .

Have you found any treatments for daily chronic vestibular migraine that actually work?

I had a horrible head pain that lasted weeks. Turned out I was leaking CSF and my brain had slumped in my skull. If you have head pain that wont stop look into the possibility of a Cerebrospinal fluid leak.
