We have to treat the cause. High blood pressure has to be treated by reducing the intake of salt, regular exercise, good dietary habits, quit smoking and alcohol. Get the blood pressure under control by taking anti hypertensive drugs. And in other causes like aortic valve stenosis we may have to replace the aortic valve. In hypertrophic cardiomyopathy you may have to excise the muscle so that they will start pumping the blood out of the heart easily.

Normal left ventricular systolic and diastolic function.
Left ventricular ejection fraction is >55%.
No significant valvular abnormalities.
