Use the Choose Function to display data in Excel. Use the Choose Function in combination with Vlookup to display information from different tables in Excel. Naming you tables speeds up the section of data. Simply enter the name of the table in the formula and the data from the table will be selected.
The Formula that I used
=vlookup(value, choose(index, table1, table2, table3),2,0)
