One of the best things that I have read in a long time! Thank you for putting that out there. I am 69 and I'm here to tell you I have abused all of these things in my life but want to tell everybody that's not too late to turn it around. I tried to do every one of these things every day and I'm in great shape for my age. So it's never too late to help yourself and improve

1. Sleeping with your head covered, (blocking airflow).
2. Lack of sleep.
3. Dehydration.
4. Continuous stress.
5. Lack of mental stimulation/ mental excercise.

I can read books, but I forget what I have read short time afterwards! It is also difficult for me to be social, as I am quite introvert and don't trust strangers.

Dehydration used to be a huge issue with me. I can physically tell when Im not getting enough now and try to rectify as soon as I can.
