How to share Hikvision devices on Hik-Connect app 2021

Informative video. Can you tell me how can I change default video quality setting on hik-connect app from 'Basic' to HD please? After I change it from 'basic' to 'hd' it reverts to 'basic' when I go back into the app each and every time.

After sharing it says INPUT THE ENCRYPTION PASSWORD. CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATOR TO GET THE PASSWORD. I don't who is the administrator. How to solve this issue. Please anybody advise
