Everytime i scan qr code or sharing by email it reads the new device user but i cant find any of the devices i want to share!! I tried this over 10 times but i dont no what to do?? And i cant find the remark!!

When I try to share it, it says there's no shareable device and there's a DVR connected via IP; What do I need to do?

I followed the steps and when I log in with different credentials on another device it doesn't ask me to add to that system 🤐
