If it weren't for lawyers. I would be doing time for just being drunk. I've been accused of several crimes that I had nothing to do with. I agree with you about being able to trust your lawyer. If I couldn't get that vibe to trust; then it was time to walk. I looked for the truthful ones. It is well worth hiring a lawyer (guilty or not guilty.)
