One tip I'd give is do the opposite side first... like, we all have one side that comes easier, generally right eye for righties and left for lefties so if ypu do the harder eye first it's easier to imitate on the easier side

As a beginner who has never done eyeliner before like last year I surprisingly was able to use liquid so quickly! Like my sister said she was so jealous that I was so good!

This helps a lot I tend to use the “crayon” liner as a base then color over it with the liquid liner because I like the pigmentation better

I really needed this… I’ve been trying to use eyeliner more often… because I feel like I look better with my eyes done. No makeup, just mascara and eyeliner

Practice makes perfect so keep doing liquid liner, it’s more opaque. Not everyone gets it right the first time

As someone who started off really good at eyeliner this is very similar to what i did. Just instead of black eye (sorry not sorry) used brown and instead of brushes i would use q-tips ans toothpicks. Brush or sponge nibs are really helpful as well.

I always and have done this since middle school back in the late 90s
But after the pencil or cream liner I go over it with liquid liner. I feel it just looks better solid color and it makes it easier because all u do is trace it

i actually like gel liners more than liquid. i feel that it gives you more of a softer look.
