Its very confronting when someone you work with and you have never mistreated, dislikes you for no reason, while you see them being happy and nice to others. It feels like an attack, and my instinct says smash them in the face so they really have a reason to hate you. Im not an aggresive person but I have a bad history with passive aggresive people. That just hits my buttons.

I am starting to notice a pattern. Whenever people social exclude me for no apparent reason, there is always a good reason for them to be jealous of me.

It is really due to their own insecurity though.

People hate number one because it's easier. It's easier to live in hate and satisfy their egoic selves, but it's always harder on their hearts. Some people are even willing to see you fail miserably just to satisfy their egos. I'm not saying everyone is like this, but it deeply pains me to see how many people act on this level. I've always gotten hate from various amounts of people and it just shows you no matter what a person's race, religion, class, title, the devil heeds no form. You can always tell from people's eyes the type of person they are. I'm also a very nice person, and have a very simplistic energy about me. With as much hate I have gotten in my past, it just goes to show you simplicity, is a gift. Many times, behaviors vary from person to person I've come across that are negative, (mostly just resentment and repulsion), but there's always one thing these negative energies always have in common, the self loathe they have in their eyes. I'm starting to realize a lot of people hate themselves, and they project this hate on those who are the opposite of what they feel, mostly. As primitive, low vibrational and toxic people's energies could be, don't react to their hate, instead show love and compassion (unless they touch you...🤜🦷🦴), thus you'll be able to love yourself and be protected from people like this. And speaking of loving yourself, not all the time are people hating on you. Sometimes, it can be just you doing all the self hate. So make sure you're in full compliance with your own sense of self love, and this starts out with just listening to your emotions and what they're telling you. Cheers!

sometimes they hate you just to hate you, my cousin friend he hated me so much as kids, even as adult he still hates me, I didn't do nothing him, he went to therapy for that reason and he told my cousin it just instinct he said that not that I'm bad person, he just hate me just because .

Many good points, the reason the person hates me at my work, is that they find that I may be a threat because i know something about them no one else knows.

Or maybe they hate you for no reason cuz of ur looks. This happens a lot to me i have broad nose brown skin and short whenever my friends or neighbors or even normal ppl see me walking around they turn around their faces, if i say hello to them they wont reply, if i make eye contact with them, they dont look at me, even at the college this problem made me lose a lot of friends. I really dont know why? I have 0 real friends
