i just finished reading START WITH WHY and I'm literally in tears. The whole book just spoke directly to my heart. I'm just 19 but have always been purpose oriented. I always asked why should I do what I do but very recently I lost my WHY and it left me so broken. I even tried suicide it was so dark. I was so so broken and asking myself why am I doing what i am doing. At such a time I happened to see this book on show while going home from office. I had heard Simon and also subscribed for almost 2years so i knew about START WITH WHY. Went ahead and bought. I remember thinking okay this is going to be my last book and deep down I wished it will give me a ray of hope. It totally didn't disappoint. I'm so glad I'm slowly getting back on track. THANK YOU SO MUCH SIMON AND TEAM❤️

What i like about Simon (so much things btw), what i like about him is that he always sheds the light on a perspective that is deep down in me but i can't express it or find the words to talk about it or even have the courage to admit it.

And I think that his way of thinking (which is all rounds around the idea that we are humans) i think this metality is the most needed one in the 21st century, especially with this fast pace the world is running on.

Thanks for your effort, thanks Simon.

Simon, I wish more people would listen to you and others like you that promote positive change and growth. I've advised many of the people I interact with to listen to some of your talks. A few have started to listen to you a bit more, some were just dismissive. I've always seen myself as an optimist, my partner is a pessimist and doesn't believe it's something she can change. I believe my optimism has kept me alive through some really tough times growing up, so I've always find being optimistic as being a positive trait. As you said, not naivety, but rather understanding that even if we are in a desk place, we are hopeful and lean towards the odds that we will find light at the end of the tunnel.

I just saw your interview with Steven Bartlett. “I feel Lonely”. What really hit me is when you talked about service. I work with kids in the foster care system I know that is my service that’s what I was out on this earth to do, more than just kids in the foster care but kids who have gone through complex trauma and feel like I’m hitting walls. I’ve had sleepless nights lately trying to find a better way. Your talk helped me

Simon. I adore you. I love how you marketed this answering of questions by titling it "Simon Says". I am the same age as you and I remember playing Simon Says as a child. Your views are a breath of fresh air, your values are home to me and your ideas build hope and unity. Thank you for just being you.

6:45 my favorite one! After a lot of tries to speak in different ways to be listened, I really believe that It is matter of empathy. Sometimes indeed we can understand each other in the silence

Simon, I have recently found your books and have dived deep into my WHY and Just Cause, which I believe I have found. Thank you so much. I have always taken care of my direct reports and I believe I have made positive changes for them, however I am finding it difficult to advance my cause upwards. What are your thoughts and advice on middle-out leadership?

His speeches are so inspiring and motivating, it makes me listen and listen over and over again...Everything he says is so true, I am amazed of the simple parallels he is making during his discussions. I wish someday I could think that deep and thorough way. He has amazing talent of convincing by his speech. Thank you Simon.
