I have a charge 4 that wont go into discovery mode and it wont respond when trying to factory reset it, everything else seems to be working, does any one know whats going on with this? Thanks

Ciao grazie del video molto interessante ma la mia jbl charge 4 si carica correttamente, ma nn ricarica il mio telefono. Apro il menu opzioni cliccando sulla notifica che appare quando collego il cavo di ricarica ma la voce rimane impostata su trasferimento dati e nn mi permette di cliccare su ricarica...ciò non ostante la mia jbl si ricarica correttamente....wy?😅

My speaker is having an issue where it turns off after 15 minutes of use. The battery is not dead it just turns off. I tried the factory reset. Any other options before returning it?

When I hold the Bluetooth and volume at the same time nothing happens...the back light does not come one and it does not turn off. Could the Bluetooth switch be bad?
