Audi’s electric vehicle lineup currently consists of two SUVs and a sports car, each available in a variety of flavors. From a price perspective, it all starts with this Q4 e-tron, here as the coupe-styled Sportback.

I purchased this car and had it for about two months. I have the car set to Efficiency; during great temperatures, it averages 4.0 kWh.
With 80% of daily charging, I am getting about 230 miles.

It has an 82 kWh battery with a max use of 77 kWh.

If you do the math, 4.0 kWh x 77 kWh = 308 miles of range during perfect weather.

Below 30-degree weather, I have been getting 3.2 average kWh, which is a total of 246 miles.

In Efficiency mode, only one motor is operational unless you put the pedal to the metal, which essentially utilizes both motors.

Overall I love the car. I am not happy with Electrify America as they are not as reliable as Tesla's charging network, so I installed a home charger and never think about miles, nor do I ever change it to 100%.

Charging at over 25 kWh can degrade your battery, and keeping the charge level from 30% to 80% will ensure your battery does not degrade for a solid 100, 000 miles.

I highly recommend this car over a Tesla; I almost went for a Model Y, but the build quality is very cheap inside, and I wouldn't say I like it inside. This Q4 is very slick, and I always get compliments or people stare at my vehicle while driving down the street.

Interesting take on the Q4, most reviews I have read have been less than stellar. For me I think the Q4 is a great EV and with the tax incentives isn’t too hard on the wallet.

PS Audi renamed the E Tron SUV to the Q8 E tron to hopefully make the lineup a little less confusing. Also gave it extra range too

You know something Steve this looks and sounds wonderful but your taking 67k plus taxes and fees so here in Albany your 72500 out the door… that’s just insane how can this be the future with prices like this? Even at 60k for a lower trim rt?i mean vehicle like the rav 4 prime ok is perfect 50 plus mpg and it’s affordable too most why can’t we live with vehicles like that? You know at 45k dollars u can live with that payment don’t ya think ?

It is a great package, but I still want a lower riding A4 or A5 Sportback e-tron and then I'm pretty much sold.

That shifter is strange. PRND buttons, ala Aston Martin, _should_ become the new standard IMO. That aside, it's a neat eSUV!

seems great, except the lackluster styling. that huge fake grill on the front screams "we couldn't think of anything else" or perhaps "we're afraid ICE buyers won't like it". neither of those are confidence inspiring. IMO VW ID5 GTX is a more compelling package. I wish we got that in the united states. But if you don't care how boring it looks, it looks like it is competent in all other aspects. I just can't get over that grill. they even made it *silver* to highlight it *even more*.

Anyone else detest sportback SUVs? Every time I see one, from the X4 or X6 to the Cayenne to Mercedes products to Audis, I cringe at the eager-to-showoff sap who paid thousands++ to make their car arbitrarily less practical in the name of looking... cooler? To whom?
