PLEASE PIN THIS COMMENT, To anyone having trouble still with getting this special education psn help robot, if the robot is telling you there aren’t any agents available or it’s after business hours when you give your email and username, MAKE SURE YOU ENTER bot EMAIL AND USERNAME the EXACTLY. HOW IT IS. Yes it’s case sensitive. Meaning you must put any uppercase and lowercase lettering. I spent half a year cursing this robot out. But I randomly decided to copy and paste my email and username and it worked immediately. It will send a link to your email without the DOB bullshit. Does anyone know how to reset the password without of the Sony account (not ps) without the date of birth or security questions, I’ve been trying but I can’t I’ve reached support but the don’t help at all, and it says it’s an Account migration to Sony's Cloud HES service but it’s not letting me I’ve tried everything
