***Please Pin This*** As of 2024, this might not work anymore because the link is buggy and even If you can provide the right birthdate PlayStation website will tell you that the link is invalid, in which a bug occurs that causes the reset link to not send to your actual email. The fix is go to the PlayStation website and ask the virtual assistant for password reset, you will only provide your name tag and your email address and a link will be sent out to you in which you can reset your password with no further authentications.

Rip me when I was creating the EA account it asked for my date of birth so I had to set it and that’s what the about me section said it was when it wasn’t the psn date of birth

It took 2 weeks emailing with PS support and trying to reach out to them in various ways as twitter back in the day. After two weeks i gave up since I was still signed in on PS console. Today I wanted to connect PS progress with PC account and needed to log in again. Thank you so much it took 5 minutes video to fix my problem, what a chief. Probably first time I have to thank EA for doing something good for me rofl
