Create a Dynamic Text Box | After Effects Tutorial | No Scripts

This is my first quick tutorial. Create a dynamic text box that changes the size automatically with the text typed in, in After Effects without any external plugins or any expressions.

Nice effect. The only problem is that it doesn't work with 3D layer enabled (it fills the whole comp with background color, I guess the only solution is a precomp) and sometimes the text just disappears: only background is visible until you turn on or off motion blur or do some other action that re-renders the layer. It is very sad, because the effect is easy and fast to render. I guess CC Composite doesn't always work properly.

I am on CC20 . When I apply Set channels (alpha full) I do not get a box around the text instead the whole comp is becomes a black box. Any ideas ?
